1. Shipping Destinations
VogueIn Pet Store currently ships primarily to the United States. Some of our products may have limited shipping availability due to supplier restrictions. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the U.S.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. If there are any delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Free shipping may be available for select orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Partial Shipments

VogueIn Pet Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly. However, we will assist in filing a claim if necessary.
